Shipping Policy

Same-day shipping guarantee:

All the orders placed by 1:00pm Mountain Time will ship out the same business day from Chicago or Calgary. However in the rare case, if you place a bulk order, we may unable to ship them out the same business day, you will get notified.

Express shipping:

Express shipping is not refundable once your order is shipped. Should you need to return the product, we do not refund on express shipping! 

USA orders will usually ship via UPS air.

Canadian orders will usually ship via Purolator air or FedEx air.

If you are within 2 business day radius to ship via ground, we will ship via ground service.

We cannot guarantee weekend and holiday delivery.

Due to the pandemic, all couriers are under heavier than normal load, we have seen many orders get delayed by the couriers. If your package gets delayed by the courier, we do not issue a refund on the express shipping.

Lost or damaged items

For the products you purchased from us or the equipment you rent from us, if the items get damaged or lost, we will send a free replacement (in the case the items get damaged, we may ask for a picture as proof so that we can file a claim with the courier). If you need to send your original key fobs to us to copy, we hold no liability for the loss or damage to your key fobs. If that's a concern to you, please rent equipment from us.

International orders:

We only ship orders to the USA and Canada at this point. If you are an oversea customer and would like to place an order, please purchase a shipping label yourself or use any package forwarder service located in the USA. If you are an international customer and if you need to send your original tag to us, you are responsible for any import tax, duty and brokerage that may incur.
